Getting in

The Ochota entrance unlocks with a digital code, sent to you along with your booking confirmation. Stairs lead down to level -1, which is the waiting area / green room — make coffee, get settled, and head up to the actual production room on level 0 when you're ready.

When you can book

The studio operates during its published hours — this isn't a round-the-clock facility. Check the booking calendar for what's actually open.

Self-service by default

Nobody hovers over your session unless you ask for it. The automation handles lighting and scene setup the moment you start, and you're otherwise on your own with the gear. Want a person there to help run the multi-camera setup instead? Assisted sessions are a separate, additionally-priced option you pick at booking time — not the default.

Your first session is free

The first booking is always a complimentary, one-hour welcome session — a no-risk way to see the space before you pay for anything.

Cancellations

Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and it's fully refunded. Inside 24 hours, it's non-refundable except in genuine emergencies, handled case-by-case.
