Terms of Service

This page is placeholder legal content, drafted so the studio's booking terms exist in writing. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must not be treated as final until the Operator's legal counsel signs off.

1. Definitions

• Operator — the business running the perorowisko recording studio in the Stara Ochota district of Warsaw.
• Client — the person who books a session through the booking system.
• Session — a single use of the studio during a reserved time slot.

2. Bookings

A session is booked through the online booking system and becomes binding once confirmed and, where applicable, once the required payment has been made. The studio's access code is sent to the Client together with the booking confirmation.

3. Payments

Session prices are listed on the Pricing page and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made through the method selected at booking time. The first-visit welcome session is free and requires no payment.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation terms are described in full on the Policies & FAQ page. In short: cancelling more than 24 hours before a session is fully refunded; cancelling within 24 hours is non-refundable, except in genuine emergencies handled case-by-case by the Operator.

5. Use of the studio

The Client agrees to use the studio and its equipment as intended and in line with any instructions provided on site. The Client is responsible for damage to studio equipment caused by intentional misuse or gross negligence.

6. Liability

The Operator is not responsible for content recorded by the Client or how it is subsequently used. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the studio's equipment and infrastructure running without disruption, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability in the event of technical failure or force majeure.

7. Personal data

How the Client's personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. The Operator may update these terms; the version published on this page is the one currently in effect.
